12 November 2019A unique carbon fiber composite body will protect the ART-XC mirror X-ray telescope of the Russian astrophysical space observatory Spektr-RG against temperature extremes. To date the spacecraft completed a 100-day flight to its destination point in the orbit. At present, the scientific equipment of the space observatory is in the test phase, following which the main scientific program of the telescope will start.ORPE Technologiya has finished the assembling of the tunnel portal sliding gate with composite wings in the Baikal railway tunnel
8 November 2019The tunnel portal sliding gate with the large-sized wings produced by ORPE Technologiya named after A.G.Romashin is placed in operation in the Baikal railway tunnel of the East Siberian railway (section Delbichinda – Daban). Strong and at the same time lightweight gate leaves from polymer composites will provide a stable microclimate in the engineering structure and the rolling stock safety.
