The temperature control panels are provided with the coatings which make it possible to decrease the thermal load on the space vehicles. The technologies applied permit the increase of space vehicle service life.

The space vehicle KANOPUS-V No.1 with the temperature control panels made at ORPE Technologiya has been in the orbit since 2012. KANOPUS-V-IK was successfully placed into orbit in July 2017. The Enterprise has already manufactured and delivered to the customer the temperature control panels for space vehicles KANOPUS-V No.5 and No.6 which are to be launched at the end of 2018.
The space complex KANOPUS-V consisting of a series of space vehicles is used for the monitoring of technogenic and natural emergency situations, hydrometeorological events, specified areas of the earth surface. This information is used by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, Agency on Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring and other agencies for making operational decisions.
