“Extension of civilian-industry product range is a strategic line of RT-Chemcomposite development that involves not only mastering of new products but also looking for new customers and partners. FIA-2017 is a unique platform for widening business cooperation”, stated Kirill Shubsky, Director-General of RT-Chemcomposite.

ORPE Technologiya will present a project of making a field agricultural aircraft system to be realized under the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the State Corporation Rostec. The project includes a fuel station and an airplane with an all-composite airframe capable of treating more than 100 ha of cropland per hour.

“We are making our debut on the African continent. There is much that TECHNOLOGIYA can offer to potential buyers, beginning with airfield navigation lights, optical polycarbonate -based transparencies or a honeycomb with a variety of properties, and ending with a ready-made agricultural aircraft system capable of shielding the fields from depredation by locusts that destroyed over 2.5 mln ha of cropland in Algeria as recently as last year ”, said Andrei Silkin, Deputy Director-General of RT-Chemcomposite, Director-General of ORPE Technologiya.

Besides, the holding company RT-Chemcomposite will present other advanced projects to the exhibition visitors. These include a plant for purification and decontamination of drinkable, recycling and waste water. The unique feature of this plant is that decontamination technology completely obviates the necessity for using liquid chlorine at water treatment facilities, thus affording reduction in emergency risk and cutting-down decontamination expenses by a factor of 1.5 – 3.

The exhibits of the holding company RT-Chemcomposite will be displayed at the Algiers Exhibition Center SAFEX, Booth A1.
