The software system introduction has become one of TECHNOLOGIYA lean production principles implementation phases. The result of the application of the new 1C: Enterprise 8-based software system developed by ORPE Technologiya IT specialists was the integration of the most of division manufacturing processes. This has made it possible not only to improve efficient control of operation time, production process compliance but also optimize procurement of materials as well as upgrade the quality of management solutions. Production control data acquisition labour costs have already been reduced by 5 per cent. The future electronic data sheet introduction into the same production division will make it possible to save 10000 working hours per annum. Proven experience will be implemented into the other Enterprise divisions. By the year 2023, full automation of production and management processes is to be carried out.

Three production lines have been automated, electronic data acquisition system has been introduced into one of the Enterprise research-and-production complexes in 2016”, noted Andrei Silkin, Director General of ORPE Technologiya.
