TECHNOLOGIYA business management system surveillance audit was carried out by experts of the Russian Certification Association “Russian Register”.
“The certification of the Enterprise business management system to the International Railway Industry Standard as well as to ISO 9001: 2015 gives it the significant competitive advantages in domestic and international railway markets. Synergistic effect of simultaneous implementation of two standards improves efficiency in all lines of production”, noted Kirill Shubsky, Director General of RT-Chemcomposite.
The audit is to be performed for the purpose of management system continuous improvement organization as well as defects minimization at all stages of business processes. One of the key requirements of JSC Russian Railways to the suppliers is the availability of IRIS international certificate. ORPE Technologiya underwent IRIS certification in December, 2014. This enabled the Enterprise to be included in the European Rail Industry Association (UNIFE) data base.
The International Railway Industry Standard was developed by UNIFE working group. Its goal was to establish business management system contributing to an increase of steady production level with a focus on prevention and reduction of supply chain defects.
