The document signed by A. Silkin, Director General of ORPE “Technologiya”, and M. Kazachkov, Chairman of the Association Management Board, is the basis for partnership relations and for the development of long-term productive and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of helicopter industry. The agreement regulates the forms and ways of cooperation aimed at the intensification of activities in the field of civil helicopter industry. ORPE “Technologiya” possessing extensive R&D capabilities will be involved in solving urgent problems of the enterprises being the members of the Association.
“It is impossible to solve the problems set by the government in the field of civil helicopter industry development without close cooperation. Operational exchange of information and maximum rapid introduction of high technologies form the basis for success. It is difficult to overestimate the role of the Helicopter Industry Association as a coordinating center in this process. The agreement concluded is an important condition for the rapid introduction of new technologies in Russian helicopter industry,” said A. Silkin, Director General of ORPE “Technologiya”.
