The specialists of the Center who audited the production system quality and the quality of primary structures from polymer composite materials for the launchers PROTON-M noted high reliability and stability of the technological process. Lack of customer claims against ORPE Technologiya was a prime assessment criterion during expert examination.
“Permanently high quality of ORPE Technologiya products is accounted for not only by the qualification of the specialists but also by the heightened attention of the Enterprise management to the production process improvement. Two quality management systems and business quality system are in use at ORPE Technologiya. 100 operating standards of the Enterprise and 56 operating instructions ensure the fulfilment of GOST ISO 9001, GOST RV 0015-002, AS/EN 9100, IRIS”, said V. Korsachev, Quality Director of ORPE Technologiya.
ORPE Technologiya is engaged in batch production and continuous modification of conical, cylindrical and biconical shells for the nose cones of ROKOT, PROTON-M and ANGARA launchers. Nowadays ORPE Technologiya has 13 certificates of products conformity to the requirements of Russian space industry.
