Oleg Komissar who headed ORPE Technologiya till September 2015 was appointed Designer General of the enterprise.
The decision is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of management of ORPE Technologiya, efficiency of making system decisions and growth of product competitiveness.
Director General has accepted the following responsibilities: strategic development issues, financial and economic and corporate policy, personnel management, major construction work and legal groundwork. Under Director General’s supervision now there are innovative development and scientific and technical policy issues as well as the research and production complex.
The delegation of some authorities is performed as one of the stages of rebirth of institution of general designers and increase of its contribution to realization of science-intensive high-technology projects assisting in provision of defense and security of Russia.
Andrei Silkin’s candidacy is agreed with the administration of Kaluga Region, Rostec State Corporation and Ministry of Industry and Trade of the RF.
