The Scientific Council and collective body of ORPE Technologiya moved to name the Enterprise after the first Director General. The participants of the meeting affirmed the motion unanimously.
“The financial and economic indicators of the year speak to the truth of the path of development chosen by A.G. Romashin whose name our Enterprise will bear now with great pride”, said O. Komissar, Director General of ORPE Technologiya.
A.G. Romashin is a Soviet and Russian scientist, Head of the State Research Center of the Russian Federation ORPE Technologiya from 1978 to 2005, Doctor of Engineering, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR), Companion of the Red Banner of Labor, Laureate of Lenin Prize, Prize of RSFSR Government and Council of Ministers, Honorary Citizen of Obninsk.
