Experts of ORPE Technologiya, Moscow Aviation Institute, VIAM, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Institute of Physics and Power Engineering and D.Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology of Russia heard reports of finalists presenting the results of their own research in the areas of current interest for aerospace enterprises. The Obninsk scientists won by a narrow margin. Among winners were also representatives of VIAM and Mendeleyev University of Chemical Technology. When summarizing the results it was mentioned that each and every work had important applications and they were presented at a high scientific level.
“The contest showed the high creative potential of a new generation of scientists. We are pleased, that young people increasingly focus on such issues as researching and creating new materials and technologies and do it on a decent level. The significant contest results include the increased interaction of Council of young scientists and specialists of the Enterprise with colleagues from VIAM, which enables to share experiences and cooperate efforts on the most promising directions,” - said O.
