The competitive work “The Process of Production of PCM Fin and Stabilizer Torsion Box Panels for the MS-21 Aircraft” has become the best in the nomination “Development of a New Technology”.
Within the framework of the project on the development of the advanced Russian airliner MS-21, ORPE Technologiya has developed a unique for Russia process for the production of PCM fin and stabilizer torsion box components. A wide introduction of non personal operations is a distinctive aspect of this technology. A large-sized stringer panel manufactured with the use of this technology was successfully demonstrated at JEC Composite Show in Paris.
