The Knowledge Level of ORPE Technologiya Employees in the Field of Product Quality Management Meets the Established Requirements

At ORPE Technologiya the employees' knowledge of regulatory documents and the procedure for implementing measures in the field of quality management is checked on a regular basis. This year for the first time this testing was implemented in electronic format, which allowed to give the most objective assessment of the employees’ knowledge level of the existing quality management system at the enterprise, and to identify areas that need improvement.

"The effective QMS functioning requires the employees’ support, their understanding of the importance of this system for the organization of competitive products manufacturing. Testing helps not only to assess the current state of affairs in this matter, but also makes it possible to identify areas where it is necessary to intensify efforts in the field of quality,” said Andrei Silkin, Director General of ORPE Technologiya.

Quality management system of ORPE Technologiya complies with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and additional requirements of GOST RV 0015-002-2012, which is confirmed by the results of regular audits conducted by leading certification companies. Over 99% of products undergo the inspection of the Quality Control Department and the military acceptance of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation upon the first presentation. Performance indicator of the quality management system is 97%.
