Last week of February, the winners of the XIV All-Russian Contest “Engineer of the Year 2013” were honored in the Engineer Fame Hall of Moscow’s House of Engineers.
The jury under the chairmanship of Yu.Gulyaev, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, named top engineers in two nominations “Professional Engineer” and “Engineering of the Young”. The representatives of the Enterprise were marked in both nominations and took the prizes deserved.
Olga Ryabova has become the Laureate of the Contest in the nomination “Engineering of the Young”. A young specialist is studying the problem of synthesis and researching special glasses used for the needs of the civil and combat aviation. Being the winner of the contest “Young Scientists of the Enterprise” held in 2012 and according to the results of the All-Russian contest, she was awarded the Diploma, the commemorative Medal and entered the register of professional engineers of Russia.
One more winner of the contest, but in the nomination “Professional Engineers”, has become Alexei Baranov, process engineer of the Enterprise, who was awarded a relevant badge and registered.
Participation in and winning of the contest, oriented to the revelation of the elite of the Russian engineers’ body, are indicative of the high level of the Enterprise’s competency and effective human resources policy pursued by the administration of the ORPE Technologiya.
