Within the framework of the exposition of the holding company RT-Chemcomposite, the Enterprise presented the sound-absorbing panels for the Sam-146 engine of the ISJ-100 aircraft, large-size integral stringer panels of the vertical fin for the MS-21 airliner, payload section doors for the space shuttle, temperature-control system components for the new generation of space vehicles and other advanced developments, which are unique for the domestic production.
Moreover, in the framework of the event there took place the scientific-and-practical conference “The current state and development prospects for the production and use of composite materials in Russia”, at which the specialists of ORPE Technologiya shared with the participants the results of their work in the field of the development and use of honeycombs for different-purpose sandwich structures.
The glass-fiber-reinforced honeycombs developed by the Enterprise correspond in strength properties and density to their foreign analogues and have been successfully used in the domestic aircraft industry for a long time, specifically in the Tu-204, Tu-214, Il-96-300, An-148, SSJ-100 aircraft and combat aviation. At present, the work is being carried out toward the extension of the application range of the products from these materials in the automobile industry, shipbuilding and space vehicles.
According to experts, the joint running of the exhibition and conference at the same site enables the specialists to obtain a more complex idea of the basic trends in the industry and to establish the effective cooperation.
