All technical ceramics demonstrated by ORPE Technologiya at the exhibition are produced using defense technologies. Therefore, the items intended chiefly for completing the equipment, devices and machines show high wear-, heat- and chemical resistance, as well as other unique characteristics.
Strong demand for such ceramic products is evidenced by the fact that more than 20 meetings with potential buyers representing domestic and foreign companies were held during the first hours of the exhibition work.
“As a result of the availability of long-term experience gained, as well as up-to-date equipment along with our own scientific school, we have no equals in the country in the area of special-purpose ceramics production. At that, we specialize in the execution of complete work package starting from concept definition, selection of a material having specified properties to setting up batch manufacturing of the products. Under sanctions many of our developments help customers solve the problem of import substitution”, said Andrei Silkin, Director General of ORPE Technologiya.
More than 700 representatives of 230 companies and scientific centers from 33 countries take part in the largest International Metallurgical Congress Nonferrous Metals and Minerals – 2019.
