By the results of performance inspection of the effective quality management system as well as inspection of process structure improvement, the experts revealed some minor noncompliance that was remedied straight during the audit. At the post-audit meeting, the specialists of the Norma certification body underlined high dynamics in the quality management system development and involvement of the staff members of ORPE Technologiya in the process of its performance assurance.
“Inspection results provide evidence of continuous improvement in performance of the quality management system. The arranged structure gives us an opportunity not only to develop and release high-tech products but also to use the available resources with maximum efficiency”, noted Vladimir Korsachev, Quality Assurance Manager of ORPE Technologiya.
ORPE Technologiya has become the second company in Russia to confirm the compliance of the quality management system with the standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015 that was put into force on November 1st, 2015 for voluntary use. That regulatory document has been adopted in Russia for the first time and is identical to the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
