All the training activities were conducted as the in-service training program. This year a new field of study for the labor pool employees called «The Production System Development» was added to the program for working specialties and engineering staff named «Experts and Specialists» which had already proved to be successful.
«It is impossible to create the production system without a personal motivation of each employee that is why we permanently conduct the training process. So as a whole the lean production program methods and concepts implementation yield meaningful results. Since 2015 when the program has been implemented at our company for the first time up to 2019 we have received more than 450 improving proposals from our employees. Now more than 60 % of the employees at our company are involved into the permanent improvement process. By the year 2025 we are planning to involve more than 90% of our staff into this process», - the Director General of JSC ORPE Technologiya Andrey Silkin said.
The optimisation of the manufacturing processes by implementing the lean production methods and concepts at JSC ORPE Technologiya is conducted within the framework of the program approved for the current year. Staff training and involvement into the improvement process is one of the 20 activities planned for the year 2019.
