At the same time these temperature control panels are structural members of the space vehicle body. Additionally they are also equipped with thermo-optical coating which allows to decrease thermal load for satellites. All the solutions applied are aimed at increasing service life of the satellites.
“We are very glad to see a successful launching of the latest space apparatus of the “Kanopus - V” group. The space complex “Kanopus-V” which comprises a family of space apparatus ensures monitoring of technogenetics and natural emergency situations, hydrometeorological events, operating supervision for required regions of the earth surface. The information received is used by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, RosHydroMet and other authorities for making operative decisions.
