A state-of-the-art and dynamics of improvement of the Enterprise quality management system were estimated during the audit. The auditors paid special attention to the process of QMS continuous improvement. Random inspection of the Enterprise divisions has not revealed any critical non-conformances. Auditors made a number of recommendations for the quality management system improvement.
"A compliance with the requirements of the new national standard is not only competitive advantage. It is a new opportunity to plan a development of the Enterprise at a brand new level, it is a tool allowing us to build continuous improvement process ", noted Vladimir Korsachev, Quality Director of ORPE Technologiya.
It is the second time when ORPE Technologiya has successfully passed the surveillance audit for a compliance with the new national standard requirements. The Enterprise has become one of the first Russian enterprises that were granted a certificate of compliance with the new national standard GOST ISO 9001-2015 requirements, which was brought into force on November 1, 2015 for voluntary application.
