Anatoly Khmelnitsky

Anatoly Khmelnitsky was born on December 6, 1961 in Krasyliv (Ukraine). He graduated from Kharkiv Aviation Institute named after N.Ye. Zhukovsky with a degree in aircraft manufacturing. He started his professional life in 1985 at ORPE Technologiya as an engineer. At different periods Mr. Khmelnitsky held a position of Senior Engineer, Head of the Section of the Aerospace Composite Structures Manufacturing Technology, Deputy Director General for Research and Production Operation of ORPE Technologiya. In April 2016, he was appointed Deputy Director General for Production Operation, and in January 2022, Deputy Director General for Research and Production Operation of JSC ORPE Technologiya named after A.G. Romashin.

Anatoly Khmelnitsky has been awarded Space Activities Support badge of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos), the Certificate of Honor of Rostec State Corporation, a number of the Enterprise diplomas, the rank of the Russian Federation Government Science and Technology Award holder. He has obtained 15 patents and made 102 scientific publications.
