ANAEROBIC COMPOSITIONS

ANAEROBIC cold-setting COMPOSITION VAK-1F

for sealing and securing.

It consists of two components.

The first component is supplied as a powder which is dissolved in the solvent P-5.

The second component is a ready - to be used liquid.

The composition can be used for securing and sealing the joints from cadmium-plated, galvanized, oxide-phosphated chromium-nickel steels, titanium, aluminum and magnesium alloys, nonmetallic materials. Seals from VAK-1F are resistant to sweet and salt water, mineral oil, benzine, kerosene, aviation fuel, acetone.

Operating temperature from -60 to +150°C for a long period of time
up to 200°C for a short period of time
Gel time no more than 15 minutes
Shear strength of threaded joints no less than 7,84 MPa
Friction strength of thread joints no less than 9,8 MPa
50% values of the shear and friction strength in threaded joints are achieved after 2h 15 min exposure at 20°C following the assembly
Powder shelf life 1 year
Liquid shelf life 3 years

ANAEROBIC HOT-SETTING COMPOSITION VAK-5B

for sealing micropores up to 0.1 mm in size in welds, cast, stamped and pressed parts from aluminum alloys, clad anodized and clad nonanodized structural steels with chromate passivation, oxidized magnesium and titanium alloys.

Operating temperature from - 60 to +150°C
Service life at 80°C no less than 150 min
Viscosity no more than 38,5 MPa•s
Shelf life 2 years
