VIBROABSORBING SELF-ADHERING COATINGS SKL-25, SKL-6020 AND SKL-T

multilayer sheet materials consisting of aluminum foil and polymeric interlayers based on the general-purpose elastomers.

They are used for reducing resonance vibrations in metallic structures within the frequency range 50-2000 Hz, they increase the fatigue strength and service life of the components many times, reduce noise under intensive vibration loads.

The materials are fungus-proof, nonhygroscopic, anticorrosive, nontoxic, applicable in different climatic zones.

They are used in aviation, automobile, water and railway transport, household appliances.

The coatings are applied on the horizontal, vertical, curved predegreased planes of the finished products.

The use of several layers enhances the effect of vibration and noise reduction.

SEALANT VIKSINT U-1-18

for surface sealing of joint elements from stainless steel, aluminum and titanium alloys and also for sealing the equipment working in the air within -60 to + 300°C- thermostable material based on silicone rubber.

It is prepared in-situ by mixing paste and catalyst.

Curing to the rubber-like state goes at normal temperatures.

The material does not cause corrosion of metals and alloys, including copper.
