Equipment and technology of high-temperature isothermal molding of products from glass and glass ceramics
The technology is based on the use of the unconventional moulding equipment - HEAT EXCHANGER with LIQUID-METAL heat-transfer agent which works on the principle of evaporation-condensation systems. The moulding equipment provides:
New approaches can be used in press moulds, moulds for centrifugal moulding and sagging, blowing moulds and other equipment.
THIS TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT were used at ORPE "Technologiya" for the automated production of kitchen utensils from heat resistant glass, thin panels for household electric stoves. The technology and equipment HAVE UNDERGONE TESTS in the production lines of a number of Russian and foreign firms. They were used in the manufacture of car and aircraft head lamp glasses, explosion-safe protective caps, kitchen utensils from PYREX glass.

METHODS OF PRODUCTION of WALLS AND COVERS FOR THE ELECTRIC GRILLS from thermally polished glass based on free sagging on a travelling oven of the whirligig type and forced sagging in a batch furnace of the cap type with the supply of vacuum into the mold. The process of cover holing is combined with the process of sagging at the expense of preliminary machining and chemical treatment of blanks.
