Multifunctional nanosized coatings

Multifunctional metallooptical and organosilicate coatings of nanosized thickness are applied to the glazing from silicate and organic glass with predetermined properties. They are intended to protect flight personnel against harmful environmental effects.


Multifunctional nanosized coatings provide:
  • attenuation of solar radiation heat flux
        in the range of wavelengths from 0.9 to 2.5 µm
  • by no less than 40-60%;
  • attenuation of electromagnetic radiation transmission coefficient
  • by no less than 16-22 dB;
  • light transmission in a visible region
  • no less than 65%;
  • reflection coefficient in the range of wavelengths from 400 to 740 nm
  • no more than 0.06;
  • increase of abrasion and weather resistance by a factor of five
