Suspension based on BN with hexagonal structure, water and organic binder

brushed or sprayed on various surfaces under recommended conditions forms ceramic BN coatings.

BN suspension

BN suspension is nontoxic, packed in polyethylene containers, produced for nonporous and porous materials. Consumption per 1m² - up to 300g.

BN coating

BN coating works in any atmosphere: in the air - up to 800°C (bucket/crystallizer connecting elements, lining, etc), in inert atmospheres and in the absence of contact with the oxidizing atmosphere - up to 2500°C.

BN coating does not react with the melts of silicon, boron, magnesium, zinc, tin, titanium, zirconium, iron, chronium, copper, gold, silver, lithium, manganese, rare-earth metals, various salts, a number of glasses. This coating is indispensable in the zones of contact with these melts in metal pipelines, crucibles, casting molds, ingot molds, dies.

BN coatings make it possible:

• to increase the service life of expensive ceramic items used in metallurgy by 40 - 100%
• to increase the service life of thermostressed items by 40 - 100 %
• to obtain pure materials keeping the particles of molds and other items out of melts
• to decrease the amount of surface defects in molded items.

The prospect of BN coating application:

• lubricant, coatings insuring against adherence, corrosion inhibitors on pouring, stamping, hot pressing the materials, in powder metallurgy, glass industry
• on welding and soldering in furnaces to protect inner surfaces and burner nozzles from the damage by metal splashes
• The manufacturers of molded plastics and elastomers can gain the most benefit from the acceleration of the technological process: the removal of items from the molds will not be a problem any more.
